I heard her give her testimony as a beautiful young 24 year old. I was 18 and marveling at how confident and content she seemed although one of her younger sisters had just recently gotten engaged. Her faithfulness to the Lord, to waiting for His best and making the most of opportunities to serve had such an impact on me. Her countenance was radiant with Jesus. Is there anything more beautiful than a heart full of love for God (other than God Himself)? ~ SWJ
As the years went on, I'd wonder from time to time what happened to her and today (15 years after hearing her heartfelt testimony) I heard she is engaged! I felt like my heart would burst with joy for her! The Lord is so good. :)
P.S. One of my dear friends is getting married this week and I have a couple of prayer requests. Please pray that every guest that attends would walk away blessed and inspired, that those who aren't saved would long to know Him and that the believers attending would be encouraged to keep fighting the good fight and stay true to their faith. Ultimately, please pray that God would be glorified through this beautiful event! Thanks, friends!
