Be the Blessing

"Be the blessing," my mom always says. It's a quote that keeps coming back to me lately.

Proverbs 11:25 - "A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed."

So hard to do when you're in a spiritual valley, but nothing helps as much as serving & blessing others when you're down. Gets my eyes off myself and reminds me that there are so many hearts out there who need to be refreshed.  You can't lift another person's burden without finding your own lifted a bit as well.
